If you have ever thought that dance is limited by age, it is because you have never tried Healdance. Healdance was born out of a long experience of working with not just elderly people, but also with people who suffer from all kinds of injuries and other health issues.
Healdance is adapted for elderly people. We never jump, squat or lay down and we take a rest on chairs whenever we want.
One session of Healdance lasts 60 min and it's held for people 60+.
During one session, we dance (2x15min), enjoy evergreen music, tighten muscles (15min), stretch muscles (10min), and practice mindfulness (5min).
The groups are limited to 10 participants, so everyone can get special attention.

When you become a Healdancer you will have access to our WhatsApp group where we stay in contact even after the class and we also use it to organise some coffee or dinner meetings.
